Bicchiere: Tumbler

Occorrente: ghiaccio, limone(buccia), Angostura, Ginger Ale.

Ingredienti:
1/4 Brandy
3/4 Ginger ale
1 goccia di Angostura

Esecuzione:
Mettere alcuni cubetti di ghiaccio in un bicchiere Old Fashioned
Versare direttamente nel bicchiere tutti gli ingredienti e mescolare leggermente
Guarnire con la buccia di limone tagliata a spirale in modo che fuoriesca da un lato del bicchiere.

Storia e Curiosita:
La buccia a spirale che fuoriesce del bicchiere serve per dare l'idea del collo del cavallo.
